The expression “itadakimasu” has its origin rooted in Japanese ancient history. Long time ago, the host would travel long distances on horseback to search for fresh and quality ingredients, in order to provide a good meal. In return, the guests said “itadakimasu” as a mark of gratitude for the food received before savouring the delicious-looking food. Through times, “itadakimasu” became synonym for appreciation to all living things.

Our culinary team is committed to excellence with Chef Dimitris Renos leading the hot kitchen, initiated by Japanese mentors over the years, and Sushi-Chef Andy Lay creating masterful dishes based on his long-standing career at renowned restaurants in Athens, Mykonos and Courchevel.
Our experienced mixologists have been assembled to design an outstanding array of cocktails and spirits for our guests to choose from. The wines we offer, both from the Greek and the international vineyards, as well as our sake list are carefully selected and curated by our expert sommelier team so as to create a truly unique dining and drinking experience.
